Appeal to Lift Ban Status


If you were banned, either account or IP, you may file an appeal for your ban status to be lifted here. Simply follow the format:


Account Name:
E-mail Address:
Offense: (State the reason why you were banned)
Appeal: (State the reason why your ban status should be lifted)
